The LASEA neo is a high-powered micromachining machine that allows simultaneous processing of multiple parts using several scanning heads, maximizing productivity while maintaining a compact footprint. It is ideal for precise, high-volume production, designed to handle one or a small range of similar references at high speed with exceptional quality.
At high speed:
• High power USP lasers (up to 100 W).
• Able to process 2 parts simultaneously.
With a high quality:
• Frequency doubled USP lasers available.
• Spot size twice as small and less thermal effects.
• Cameras and beam metrology to calibrate automatically related to the workpiece.
• All LASEA’s beam management modules for the highest optical quality.
Several versions:
• Dedicated to flat parts in trays (engraving, texturing, cutting).
• Dedicated to tubes (turning, cutting, coating removal).
• Dedicated to bands or R2R (cutting, drilling, coating removal).
